I took my son in for his 3rd haircut since "stay at home". I stayed in the lobby until he asked me me to come and check. When I walked backed to my son, the "manager" waddled out and instructed me that I had to wait in the lobby. She was totally rude While I totally understand safety protocols, she could have been polite! I went back to the lobby and watched her walk out. Zero people skills! While I am glad certain industries are open, there are way to many people who should show a bit of gratitude! I was so grateful to go back to work when I was allowed. I feel bad for all the stylists who work under her. I work in an industry that I was grateful to re-open. When my son and I walked out to our truck, she was sitting in her car eating her lunch, I presume. She recognized me and quickly moved a couple of spots over. I will never visit this salon again and will be posting on social media in the morning unless I hear otherwise! Not sure why the franchise owners of this salon would keep her while all the other stylists are so polite and courteous. Used to be a great place...too bad! Probably won't here back!

I got my haircut by Miranda. She was clean, efficient, and very polite. I walked out of there with my hair cut knowing it was cut well and she met every state standard for the covid requirements. Give her a raise. I will see her again in two weeks.
